Programmable sewing machine for sewing while trimming the edge of small parts such as flaps, belt extensions, etc., with a CNC-controlled stencil guide. Equipped with a single needle double thread lockstitch machine with grease-free shuttle, separately driven edge trimming and contour guide controlled by a stepper motor, and electro-pneumatic thread trimming.
The templates required for guiding the material can be self-produced by the customer using software and programming device (optional), or ordered as ready-made templates. Machine parameters such as stitch length, number of stitches or bartack shape can be selected via the control panel.
